Mr. Permenter is
founder, owner and President of SunBelt Construction
Services, Inc. As Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Permenter
develops and negotiates the contracts for projects
and has the continued responsibility of making
certain that all of SunBelt’s resources are
efficiently and effectively applied so that they
will be cost-effective and time-responsive. While
Mr. Permenter is knowable in all areas of
Construction, his more recent projects have been
focused on Timber & Park Construction.
Jim worked for several
Fortune 500 companies including Crown Cork & Seal,
United States Can Company, Pabst and Anheuser Busch
Companies. He was responsible for the construction
and startup of facilities. The largest project was
$40,000,000.00 manufacturing facility in South
Africa. Similar construction projects completed in
Mexico, South Korea, Poland and Malaysia.
