Peterson Park, Timber Pedestrian Bridges & Walkways

At Peterson Park, SunBelt Construction Services routed a 1,100’ linear foot boardwalk through bluffs, treetops (26 feet above ground) and lakes to provide a scenic amenity to the community. The project was originally bid at a cost of $545,000.00 and through SunBelt Constructions design/build value engineering the budget cost plummeted to $300,000.00. Therefore meeting the City’s budgeting requirements. Project built on time and within budget.
