Seven Oak, Timber Boardwalk

For Seven Oaks, Sunbelt Construction provided just over 800 linear feet of timber pedestrian boardwalk for the Seven Oaks community in Tampa, Florida. All construction was built from the top of the timber structure and therefore had no impact on the surrounding environmentally sensitive areas. The project called for a sixty foot laminated timber bean to create a free span timber bridge structure over a waterway. After the timber abutments for the bridge were built the free span laminated bean was lower into place and anchored. Project was completed ahead of schedule and with in budget.
