Live Oak, Timber Pedestrian Walkway

At Live Oak, a project originally planned utilizing Florida DOT design incorporating mostly 2 x construction materials. Through Sunbelt Construction’s design/build process we were able to provide a higher quality structurally stronger product and at the same time ultimately reduced the total project cost. Sunbelt Construction built a total of 1108 linear feet of boardwalk six feet wide at a total cost below budget.
