Construction at Meadow Point, Phase II
Project Summary
Project
located in large Master Planned residential development
community with strict environmental standards. Permitting
for the project exceeded 7 months after meeting requirements
from three regulatory agencies. Challenges for this project
were economic constraints, 6’ wide timber boardwalk design
to be built from the top that met ADA compliance for
handrail. All challenges were satisfactorily met with over
2000 linear foot constructed.
